Slammers of London is the leading agency in the field of Slammer girls/boys. We cover an extensive range of venues including cocktail bars, city pubs, dance clubs and themed bars. Unlike other agencies we understand the importance of imparting valuable knowledge and good skills to our Slammers. Similarly, we exercise a stringent 3-part selection process to ensure the only highest calibre of Slammers. All successful recruits will receive the renowned Slammers of London training programme, a comprehensive rules and regulations guide and a bespoke company costume.

As a Slammer you will be required to sell mini cocktails in shot form (traditionally tequila, vodka and sambuca) whilst mingling with the guests of the venue and using your charismatic personality and charm, to be a source of attraction. The Club Scene Slammer is viewed as a novel form of entertainment and floor service. Therefore, a good sense of humour, a love of people, a positive outlook, oodles of stamina and a thick skin are all essential attributes of the successful Slammer.

This job is really good fun, really hard work, and really character building. There is a great earning potential and an additional perk is you get to take home your cash earnings on the same night of each job. Slammers of London does not take a commission from you and there’s no joining fee. Regular work is available on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays

The recruitment process

After forwarding Application forms and photographs, selected applicants will be invited for an interview.

Successful applicants will then be required to undergo Slammers of London’s training programme. The programme will equip candidates with technical skills, sales approaches, security measures, and company policy in a theory session, followed by first hand experience of the job with supervised practical training in one of our regular clubs. Training takes place on allocated evenings between 18.30 and 23.30 (in time to catch the last tube home).

Enrollment

Successful trainees will be invited to complete administrative formalities where proof of Idenity, work permits etc will be required. In addition you will be fitted with a tailor made costume and equipment. (The current costume can be viewed on the main page of Club & Bar Scene). The candidate is then ready to start slamming!
